Located 50 meters from the beach, Apartment E13 is on the 4th floor of a new residential complex equipped with elevator. On the beach you can rent an umbrella and beach chairs on a nice private section of the beach, or use the large public beaches.
The interior of our apartment is 60m2. The large outside balcony overlooks the beach and the sea and is equipped with a table and chairs. Inside, the common space has a kitchen and a sofa-bed for 1 adult.The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, static and microwave ovens, fridge and freezer, coffee machine for Nespresso or similar capsules. There is bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a queen size bed and another small bedroom with a bunk bed that can accommodate 2. The apartment has a flatscreen HD TV, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a hairdryer is in the bathroom.
