Apartment D11
Apartment D11 is on the 3rd floor of a new residential complex equipped with elevator. The apartment is located 50 mt. from the beach where you can rent an umbrella and beach chairs on a nice private section of the beach, or use the large public beaches.
The interior of apartment is 80m2 on 2 levels/floors connected by a staircase. The large balcony that overlooks the beach and the sea is equipped with a table and chairs. In the common area is a full kitchen with a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, static and microwave ovens, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine for Nespresso or similar capsules. There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, two with shower and the other with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other larger bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk bed to sleep a total of 4 people. The apartment has a flatscreen HD TV, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board. there is a hairdryer is in the bathroom.
